Following the confirmation of your payment, we will provide you with a measurement chart and a guide on how to accurately measure yourself
Dress Prototype
Depending on the tier and complexity of the dress, we may provide you with a mock-up dress for fitting purposes. Once the fit is confirmed, we will commence the production of the dress or outfit.
Available for pickup or shipping
Once the dress is ready, you may arrange to come and collect it, or we can deliver it to your preferred location.

How long to deliver?
Delivery times may vary, typically ranging from 4 to 8 weeks following the confirmation of your order. Please note that DELIVERY TIME IS DEPENDENT ON THE SPECIFIC TYPE OF DESIGN.

Modifications are possible if you contact us before production starts.
Is it possible to schedule an in-person fitting?
Yes, our office is currently situated in North Bergen, New Jersey.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation must occur prior to production; please note that The initial fee for costume design consultation and sketch is non-refundable.
